ASEPCO Radial-Diaphragm™ Block and Bleed Valve Assembly

A deadleg-free block and bleed assembly that’s reliable and easy to use!
Recently we faced a challenge from our customers to remove the deadleg between a typical block and bleed assembly’s seal points. After painstaking hours of research and development, we’ve created the deadleg-free ASEPCO Radial-Diaphragm Block and Bleed Valve Assembly. Unlike the typical ones you’ll find, this is a block and bleed valve that is machined together to shorten the area between the two valve seats. We’ve applied our contamination-free, radial-diaphragm technology to create a reliable valve that is easy to assemble and inspect, with no deadleg, and in so doing, we’ve eliminated potential sources of contamination and the extra cleaning time of a typical assembly.
We’ve designed hundreds of special valves by customer request. Call us to talk about your special needs.
