The ASEPCO 90° Process Valve is used in process lines at the point where the flow path changes 90°. These flow changes are commonly found in the WFI system loops and the food, dairy, and beverage industries. The cylinder of the ASEPCO valve chamber is easy to SIP/CIP and the right angle flow path naturally turns a horizontal flow path to a vertical flow path.

Features & Benefits

  • 90° process valve drains completely in three mounting positions including upside down
  • Can be CIP/SIP to eliminate product caking
  • Easily designed to fit into tight piping areas
  • Assembles with a clamp, enabling diaphragm change-outs in under a minute
  • Integral travel stops that never need adjusting

Put a behind-the-seat flowpath in your lines! See the ASEPCO Switch schematic for an example.
