Why use the word “Pub” on our website?

Ever since the days when people worked away from their homes, there’ve been places (pubs, plazas, coffee houses, etc.) where folks would drop by for lunch or after work—to meet, unwind, and exchange tales. Sometimes they shared funny stories. And sometimes useful insider “tricks of the trade” were discussed. That’s why we created the Engineer’s Pub. Here we’ll post jokes, tips, and resources that might make your job a little easier or at the least more amusing or interesting.

Actually, we hope our whole web site is a kind of “hangout,” useful to you for a number of reasons. For instance, you might want to check out our Design Solutions or Engineer Resources pages, or browse our product catalog via Asepco Online. There’s more stuff coming, as we find it.
