Our ASEPCO Weirless Radial-Diaphragm™ Insulate Valve is designed especially for freeze tanks, but is also useful for any tank that has a critical temperature-control mission. This valve is designed to allow the tank jacket to be extended all the way down to the valve body, past the valve seat, ensuring total temperature control over the tank contents.
Valve sizes: 1.5″ and 2.0″

How It Works—The Old Way

You need to install a valve. You have a product sensitive to hot or cold. Traditionally, this has meant bringing the insulating jacket of the vessel as close to the valve as possible leaving an open, un-insulated alcove around your valve which creates a hot or cold spot in your vessel. This can make temperature control difficult and can impact process results.
